About the Panelists

Amir Jafari, GM, Head of Finance BU, ServiceNow

Amir is the GM and leader of ServiceNow’s Finance business unit. Prior to this, he was the VP of Finance and Corporate Controller at ServiceNow with oversight of Accounting, Payroll and Source to Settle.  He created the first application within our newly formed Finance BU while leading the Accounting organization – he is focused on making the world of work, work better for Accounting and all of the functions within the office of the CFO.  Amir has led teams in Accounting, FP&A and worked in multiple industries giving him a broad view of the processes and opportunities within the office of the CFO.

 
Matt Reece, Chief Financial Officer, Webcor

Matt became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Webcor Builders in May 2015.  In this role Matt serves as an integral member of Webcor’s board of directors and has overall responsibility for Webcor’s financial health and growth. He is accountable for the administrative, financial, information technology, human resources, and project controls operations of the company including the continued development of financial and operational strategies and metrics and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.  Matt also oversees and serves on the Board of Paramount Insurance, Webcor’s Hawaii domiciled captive insurance company.
