A CFO'S GUIDE TO INVESTING IN THE CLOUD

Sponsored by Workday
DATE: WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2019
TIME: 2:00 PM ET
DURATION: 1 HOUR

Webcast Summary

Despite a growing consensus among finance leaders that investments in cloud technologies represent top priorities for their companies, many finance leaders find it challenging to articulate compelling business cases for these investments.

During this Webcast, we will highlight the most pressing questions finance leaders are asking about cloud investments, and we'll provide insights into how to answer these questions, including:

  • How to frame decisions about cloud investments in terms of adding value and not only in terms of reducing costs,
  • How to determine which areas of your company are most likely to benefit from cloud investments,
  • What skills and resources are necessary for establishing a cloud-first organization, and
  • How finance leaders can collaborate effectively with other executives to identify areas of their companies in which to pilot – while informing decisions about investing in – cloud technologies.
