Webcast Summary

Historically, legacy ERP applications were looked upon as a necessary evil to assist you in automating your back office. They couldn't fit the operational processes and needs of modern business models reliant on recurring revenue streams, like ones based on subscriptions or usage. Once necessary solutions, legacy ERP systems have turned into unnecessary blockers of business growth and innovation.

This doesn't have to be the case. Modern ERP applications that are centered on the customer first, and built with the possibility of supporting any and all revenue streams transition organizations in their way of thinking. For example, rather than hearing during a whiteboarding session "... but can our accounting system support it?" you might hear "our accounting system just gave me an idea for an additional revenue model." Revolutionary!

Join this Webcast to learn:

  • The top 5 things a CFO in the technology industry needs to do or consider
  • About the new services based economy and challenges to legacy apps
  • What it means to support multiple revenue models
  • What a modern Customer Centric ERP application offers
