Richard Cabrera, EVP, Head of Commercial and Corporate Banking, Umpqua Bank
Richard Cabrera is an Executive Vice President at Umpqua Bank, where he is head of corporate and commercial banking throughout California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington. For nearly three decades, Richard has been transforming business, culture and people within the commercial banking industry. 

The corporate banking group focuses on large companies with complex banking needs. The group specializes in specialty finance, syndicated credits, and direct relationships with clients that need large credit commitments and comprehensive treasury management solutions. The commercial banking group focuses on small to mid-range companies who typically have more complex treasury management requirements and are Wealth Management and Private Banking prospects as well. 
A division of Umpqua Holdings with total assets of approximately $25 billion, Umpqua Holdings has been named one of the “Top 100 Banks” by Forbes and Umpqua Bank is one of the “100 Best Companies to Work for” by Fortune. 

Before joining Umpqua Bank, Richard worked for California Bank & Trust as Executive Vice President and Regional Executive of Commercial Banking for Orange County and Inland Empire where he led the bank’s commercial banking effort for thirteen years. The portfolio was composed of large shared national credits, large regional borrowers, and specialty finance, including sub-prime auto lenders and distressed debt portfolio financings. He held positions of increasing responsibility, including chairing several task forces for the parent bank, Zions Bancorporation, related to its charter consolidation which was completed in 2016. 

Richard and his wife, Karen reside in Southern California and, have three adult children and one grandchild.
Ivar Blanken, Chief Financial Officer, Unilever North America
Prior to his current role Ivar was CFO for Unilever’s fifth largest region, NAMETRUB (Turkey, Russia, Middle East, North Africa, Central Asia & Caucasia). 
He has furthermore held positions as VP Finance & Controller for Unilever Americas, CFO Unilever Greece, Finance Director Corporate Treasury and various finance roles in the Dutch Unilever operating companies.
Ivar has a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Twente University and a post-graduate degree in Controlling from Erasmus University.

Ashish Gandhi, Chief Financial Officer, OFS, A Furukawa Company

Appointed as CFO in 2009, previously served as the company’s Corporate Controller & Treasurer, responsible for coordinating, planning and reporting on the company’s financial activities and has held other top financial and operations positions at OFS.  He has worked on the acquisitions and divestitures in his role in OFS.

Prior to this position, Mr. Gandhi worked in the Treasury Department for Lucent Technologies in the Customer Finance and Credit areas covering both North America and Latin America where he closed on several hundred million $ financing deals covering the wireless sector and managed a portfolio of assets of over $3B. He has held a range of senior financial positions in Dubai and India with KPMG and Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising.
Mr. Gandhi is a Chartered Accountant with a degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an MBA from The University of Virginia.
